Narkulov Sukhrob Dusmuratovich – born in 1983 in Tashkent. In 2008, he graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of the National University of Uzbekistan named after M. Ulugbek. 2006-2010, teacher of the Department of Social Sciences of the Tashkent Medical Academy, 2010-2014, senior teacher, 2011-2014, deputy dean for academic affairs of the Faculty of Nursing with Higher Education, 2015-2016, dean of the Faculty of Nursing with Higher Education, from September 2, 2016 to the present, head of the Department of Social Sciences of the Tashkent Medical Academy. Doctor of Philosophy, professor. 09.00.04, 2011 – Candidate of Sciences in the specialty “Social Philosophy” on the topic “The role of philosophical consciousness in the socio-spiritual development of Uzbek society”, in 2018 defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic “Development of civil society in Uzbekistan during the period of independence and changes in social consciousness”. Abilov Urol Murodovich – Professor of the Department of Social Sciences of Tashkent State Medical University. Born on September 29, 1950 in Jizzakh region. In 1976, he graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy (full-time) of Tashkent State University (now the M. Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan).
Professional activity; From 1976 to the present, he has worked as a teacher and senior lecturer, associate professor, professor and head of the department at the Department of Social Sciences of Tashkent State Medical University.
Scientific activity; About 200 local and republican articles, more than 80 international articles, and co-author of more than 20 monographs and textbooks on the subjects of National Idea, Religious Studies and Philosophy, about 30 textbooks and teaching aids. Currently, the department is working on scientific work with young teaching staff in the tradition of mentor and student.Since 2025, has been working as a lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences of Tashkent Medical University.
Dusmurat Tashpulatovich Norkulov – is a professor in the Department of Social Sciences at Tashkent State Medical University. He was born on August 21, 1952, in the Kasbinsky District of Kashkadarya Region.
In 1974, he graduated from the full-time faculty of the Faculty of Philosophy at Tashkent State University.
From 1974 to 1983, he began his career as a lecturer at the Tashkent State Medical Institute. From 2005 to 2016, he served as the head of the Department of Social Sciences at the Tashkent Medical Academy. Since September 2025, he has been supervising young faculty members in the department as a professor under a mentoring system.
The professor is the author of over 160 scientific articles and dissertations, 8 monographs, and over 20 textbooks. He currently serves as a professor in the department.




In her scientifical activity has published more than 30 scientifical articles, handouts, education guidances, education complex, case-studies by disciplines of the chair up-to-date. Nowadays is a substitute of dean by cultural-educational of Senior Nurse Education in Tashkent State Medical University

From 2004 to 2008, he completed his Bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of History of Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami. From 2008 to 2010, he pursued and successfully completed his Master’s degree in History at the same university. During 2011–2012, he worked as a trainee researcher at Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami, and from 2013 he continued his academic activity there as a senior research fellow.
In 2014, he worked as a lecturer at the Department of Humanities of Tashkent University of Information Technologies, where he was officially appointed the same year. In 2015, he was appointed as a lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences of Tashkent State Medical University. In addition, he has been actively serving as the Secretary of the Scientific Council at Tashkent Medical Academy.
On December 20, 2019, he was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in History upon successful defense of his doctoral dissertation. In 2023, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor by the Higher Attestation Commission.
In order to enhance his theoretical and practical pedagogical skills, he regularly participates in lectures and seminars conducted by professors and associate professors of the department. He takes an active part in the educational, methodological, organizational, educational, and scientific activities of the department. He is also actively involved in the implementation of large-scale reforms being carried out in the healthcare sector of the country. At present, he works as an Associate Professor at the Department of Social Sciences of Tashkent State Medical University. To date, he is the author of more than 100 scientific articles and conference theses.


Born on November 12, 1955 in Tashkent. In 1978, she graduated from the Faculty of History of Tashkent State University (now the National University of Uzbekistan named after M. Ulugbek), majoring in political economy. From 1995 to 2025, she worked as a teacher and senior lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences of the Tashkent Medical Academy. She is the author of about 80 local and republican articles, more than 50 international articles, as well as a monograph on the subjects “Taxation and Taxation”, “Economic Theory”, and co-author of about 20 textbooks and teaching aids. Currently, he is working on his doctoral dissertation on the topic “Poverty Reduction through Entrepreneurship Development in Uzbekistan.” Since 2025, he has been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences at Tashkent State Medical University.


Scientific activities; author of about 40 local and republican articles, more than 10 international articles. B.U. Ruziyev is the co-author of 1 textbook on the subject of “National Idea”, as well as the author of several teaching and methodological manuals on the subjects of “History of Uzbekistan” and “Fundamentals of Spirituality”. Currently, he is working on his doctoral (PhD) dissertation on the topic “Factors of protecting national spirituality from Internet attacks” in the specialty 09.00.04- “Social Philosophy”

From 2004, she worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Philosophy and History of Uzbekistan of the 1st Tashkent State Medical Institute. Since 2005, she has been employed as a senior lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences No. 2 of the Tashkent Medical Academy, and since the establishment of the Tashkent State Dental Institute in 2014, she has continued her work as a senior lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences.
Throughout her academic career, she has demonstrated herself as a demanding, responsible, and modest professional. For her many years of honest and productive work and her high sense of responsibility in fulfilling official duties, based on the recommendation of the department staff, by the decision of the Council of the Tashkent State Dental Institute, she was appointed Head of the Department of Social Sciences with a Course in Bioethics on December 5, 2022 (Order No. 676 dated 05.12.2022).
In connection with the establishment of the Tashkent State Medical University, since August 2025 she has continued her professional activity as an Associate Professor of the same department.
Umirzakova Nargiza Akmalovna holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Philosophy. On May 19, 2022, she successfully defended her doctoral dissertation entitled “Methodological Analysis of the Ontological and Epistemological Aspects of Bioethics in the Context of the Humanization of Education” in the Specialized Scientific Council DSc 03/30.12.2019.F.01.05 under the National University of Uzbekistan, majoring in 09.00.01 — Ontology, Epistemology, and Logic.
During this period, N.A. Umirzakova proved herself to be a highly qualified specialist and on September 5, 2022, she was promoted to the position of Associate Professor of the Department of Social Sciences with a Course in Bioethics at TSDI (Order No. 457 dated 05.09.2022). By the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 6, 2024 (Protocol No. 353/1), she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the specialty “Ontology, Epistemology, and Logic” (Decision No. 03-015409, Registration No. 7877).
In total, Umirzakova Nargiza Akmalovna has published 345 scientific works. In recent years, she has authored 3 textbooks, 4 standard curricula, 1 basic curriculum, 1 electronic textbook, 5 monographs, 6 teaching manuals, 18 articles in journals recognized by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 38 articles in foreign journals, and 61 abstracts presented at international conferences.
As an Associate Professor of Social Sciences, Umirzakova Nargiza Akmalovna makes a significant contribution to educational, methodological, scientific, mentor–student, and spiritual-educational activities of the department, as well as to enhancing the institutional ranking.

In 1979–1980, she graduated from the Department of Philosophy of the Faculty of Philosophy at Tashkent State University. From 1985 to 1992, she pursued postgraduate studies (aspirantura) at Tashkent State University.
Her professional career has been devoted to higher and secondary specialized education. From 1998 to 2005, she worked as a lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences of the P.F. Borovsky Tashkent City Medical College. From 2005 to 2011, she served as a lecturer at Nizami Tashkent State Pedagogical University. Between 2011 and 2018, she held the position of Associate Professor at the Department of Social Sciences of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University. From 2018 to 2022, she worked as an Associate Professor at the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute. Since 2022, she has been working as an Associate Professor at the Department of Social Sciences of the Tashkent State Dental Institute.
In 2010, at the I.M. Muminov Institute of Philosophy and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, she successfully defended her PhD dissertation entitled “Philosophical Problems of Indian Philosophy in the Worldview of Abu Rayhan al-Biruni” in the specialty 09.00.03 — History of Philosophy, and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Philosophy.
During her academic career, she completed professional development programs in India (2008) and Kazakhstan (2018). She is the author of more than 200 scholarly articles, as well as several textbooks and teaching and methodological manuals. She has actively participated with scholarly presentations at national and international scientific and practical conferences held in Samarkand, Kazakhstan, and other locations.
Yuldasheva Lola Sagdullaevna actively contributes to the socio-political, spiritual, educational, and mentoring activities of the Tashkent State Medical (Dental) University and makes a significant contribution to enhancing the academic potential and international standing of the Department of Social Sciences.

In 1974–1975, he worked as an engineer in the communications department of the “Uzbekgazprom” production association in Bukhara.
In 1975–1976, he served as chief laboratory engineer of the Samarkand Regional Communications Administration.
In 1976–1981, he was Deputy Head of the Technical Department of the “Uzbekaloqaqurilish-2” trust of Samarkand region.
In 1981–1985, he worked as Chief Engineer of the “Uzbekaloqaqurilish-3” trust of Kashkadarya region.
From 1985 to 2006, he held middle and senior management positions in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In 2006, he was discharged into the reserve from the internal affairs bodies with the rank of Colonel.
In 2007–2009, he worked as a lawyer (on a contractual basis) in the divisions of the State Joint-Stock Company “Avtoyo‘l”.
In 2009–2011, he served as Associate Professor of the “Social Sciences” Department at the National Institute of Fine Arts (part-time).
From 2011 to 2024, he was Associate Professor of the “Social Sciences” Department at the National Institute of Fine Arts.
In 2024–2025, he worked as Associate Professor of the “Social Sciences with Bioethics Course” Department at Tashkent State Dental Institute.
Since 2025 to the present, he has been Associate Professor of the “Social Sciences” Department at Tashkent State Medical University.
In 2004, G. Abdullaxodjaev defended his Candidate of Legal Sciences dissertation in the specialty 12.00.08 — Criminology, Criminal Law, Penal Law on the topic:
“Prevention of theft and fraud: victimological aspects”.
He is the author of about 74 scientific works in this field, as well as 2 monograph, 2 textbook, and 3 teaching and methodological manuals.
In addition, he holds 2 certificates from the Intellectual Property Agency and 1 patent, and has participated in 1 grant project.
In 2024, by decision of the Higher Attestation Commission, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor.
