Abilov Urol Murodovich – Professor of the Department of Social Sciences of Tashkent State Medical University. Born on September 29, 1950 in Jizzakh region. In 1976, he graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy (full-time) of Tashkent State University (now the M. Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan).

Professional activity; From 1976 to the present, he has worked as a teacher and senior lecturer, associate professor, professor and head of the department at the Department of Social Sciences of Tashkent State Medical University.

Scientific activity; About 200 local and republican articles, more than 80 international articles, and co-author of more than 20 monographs and textbooks on the subjects of National Idea, Religious Studies and Philosophy, about 30 textbooks and teaching aids. Currently, the department is working on scientific work with young teaching staff in the tradition of mentor and student.Since 2025, has been working as a lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences of Tashkent Medical University.

Dusmurat Tashpulatovich Norkulov –  is a professor in the Department of Social Sciences at Tashkent State Medical University. He was born on August 21, 1952, in the Kasbinsky District of Kashkadarya Region.

In 1974, he graduated from the full-time faculty of the Faculty of Philosophy at Tashkent State University.

From 1974 to 1983, he began his career as a lecturer at the Tashkent State Medical Institute. From 2005 to 2016, he served as the head of the Department of Social Sciences at the Tashkent Medical Academy. Since September 2025, he has been supervising young faculty members in the department as a professor under a mentoring system.

The professor is the author of over 160 scientific articles and dissertations, 8 monographs, and over 20 textbooks. He currently serves as a professor in the department.

 


Niyozova Nilufar Shomuratovna – CPhS, senior lecturer of chair of Social Sciences. She was born in 1974, 27th January in Samarkand. Graduated from faculty of history of Tashkent State University. In 2011 held her applicant’s dissertation by theme “The peculiarities of forming and development of hygienic culture” by speciality “The theory and history of culture”. In her scientifical activity has published more than 40 scientifical articles, handouts, education guidances, education complex, case-studies by disciplines of the chair up-to-date. Nowadays is a responsible person for co-operation with colleges and lyceums.

 

 

 

Atamuratova Feruza Sadullaevna – Associate Professor of the Department of Social Sciences of Tashkent State Medical University. Born on October 31, 1974 in Tashkent. In 1996, she graduated from the Faculty of History of the National University of Uzbekistan named after M. Ulugbek, specializing in “Ethnology”. In 1996-2004, she studied at the National University of Uzbekistan in postgraduate studies. In 2010, she defended her candidate’s dissertation on the topic “Ethnocultural processes in the Uzbek national mentality in the conditions of independence (social and philosophical analysis)” in the specialty “Social Philosophy”. In 2016, she received the academic title of Associate Professor. He has published more than 50 textbooks, educational and methodological manuals on the subjects “Philosophy”, “Religious Studies”, “Canons of Ibn Sina Medicine”, “Professional Ethics of Medical Personnel” taught at the department. During his scientific career, he is the author of more than 100 scientific articles and theses. Currently, he is working on his doctoral dissertation on the topic “Features of the manifestation of bioethical problems in the Uzbek mentality” in the specialty 09.00.04- “Social Philosophy”. Responsible for scientific work, rating and work with gifted students at the department. Secretary of the cyclosubject section on social and humanitarian sciences at Tashkent State Medical University.

Alimova Sabokhat Gazievna – Associate Professor of the Department of Social Sciences of Tashkent State Medical University, Candidate of Economic Sciences. Born on October 7, 1971 in Tashkent. In 1993, she graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Tashkent Automobile Road Institute, majoring in “Economics and Management in Transport”. In 2012, she defended her candidate’s dissertation on the topic “Improvement of the International Freight Transport System in Motor Transport”. Author of textbooks, more than 20 teaching and methodological manuals and a monograph on the subjects “Taxation and Taxation”, “Financial Literacy”. Author of more than 200 scientific articles and theses. Currently, she is working on her doctoral dissertation (DSc) on the topic “Ways of Improving Transport Infrastructure to Ensure Sustainable Socio-Economic Development of Regions” in the specialty 08.00.12- “Regional Economics”. Responsible for educational and methodological work in the department.

 


Abdurahmanova Nodira Husnutdinovna – senior lecturer of chair of Social Sciences. She was born in 18th August, 1980 in Tashkent. In 2003 graduated from faculty of law of the Tashkent State University.
In her scientifical activity has published more than 30 scientifical articles, handouts, education guidances, education complex, case-studies by disciplines of the chair up-to-date. Iskandarov Sherzod Abduganiyevich is an Associate Professor at the Department of Social Sciences of Tashkent State Medical University. He was born on December 13, 1985, in Muborak District, Kashkadarya Region.

From 2004 to 2008, he completed his Bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of History of Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami. From 2008 to 2010, he pursued and successfully completed his Master’s degree in History at the same university. During 2011–2012, he worked as a trainee researcher at Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami, and from 2013 he continued his academic activity there as a senior research fellow.

In 2014, he worked as a lecturer at the Department of Humanities of Tashkent University of Information Technologies, where he was officially appointed the same year. In 2015, he was appointed as a lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences of Tashkent State Medical University. In addition, he has been actively serving as the Secretary of the Scientific Council at Tashkent Medical Academy.

On December 20, 2019, he was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in History upon successful defense of his doctoral dissertation. In 2023, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor by the Higher Attestation Commission.

In order to enhance his theoretical and practical pedagogical skills, he regularly participates in lectures and seminars conducted by professors and associate professors of the department. He takes an active part in the educational, methodological, organizational, educational, and scientific activities of the department. He is also actively involved in the implementation of large-scale reforms being carried out in the healthcare sector of the country. At present, he works as an Associate Professor at the Department of Social Sciences of Tashkent State Medical University. To date, he is the author of more than 100 scientific articles and conference theses.

Umarova Farida Saidikramovna – born in 1983 in Tashkent. In 2008, she graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of the National University of Uzbekistan named after M. Ulugbek. 2008-2016, teacher of the Department of Social Sciences of the Tashkent Medical Academy, 2016-2019, teacher of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, 2019-2024, senior teacher of the Department of Social Sciences, 2024-2025, associate professor of the Department of Social Sciences of the Tashkent Medical Academy. Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Philosophical Sciences. 09.00.04, 2022 – defended her PhD dissertation on the topic “Modernization and Renewal Processes in Uzbek Ethno-Thought” in the specialty “Social Philosophy”. Author of 2 monographs, more than 50 scientific articles and theses. Since 2025, he has been working as a teacher at the Department of Social Sciences at Tashkent State Medical University.


 

 

Sultanova Khalida Tursunmuratovna – Senior Lecturer of the Department of Social Sciences of Tashkent State Medical University.

Born on November 12, 1955 in Tashkent. In 1978, she graduated from the Faculty of History of Tashkent State University (now the National University of Uzbekistan named after M. Ulugbek), majoring in political economy. From 1995 to 2025, she worked as a teacher and senior lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences of the Tashkent Medical Academy. She is the author of about 80 local and republican articles, more than 50 international articles, as well as a monograph on the subjects “Taxation and Taxation”, “Economic Theory”, and co-author of about 20 textbooks and teaching aids. Currently, he is working on his doctoral dissertation on the topic “Poverty Reduction through Entrepreneurship Development in Uzbekistan.” Since 2025, he has been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences at Tashkent State Medical University.

 

Utaev Gayrat GaybullaevichSenior Lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences of Tashkent State Medical University. Born on August 5, 1978 in Samarkand region. In 2006, he graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of the National University of Uzbekistan named after M. Ulugbek, majoring in “The Idea of ​​National Independence, Fundamentals of Law and Spirituality”. In 2008, he graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of the National University of Uzbekistan, majoring in “Philosophy and Methodology of Science”. Gulyamova Aziza Nigmatovna was born in 1975 in Tashkent into a family of intellectuals. She graduated from the Faculty of History of Tashkent State University in 1997. In 2001-2019, she was a teacher at the Almazar Polytechnic Vocational College. Since September 2020, she has been working as a teacher at the Department of Social Sciences at the Tashkent Medical Academy. Gulyamova A.N. has published her scientific articles in eighteen local and thirteen foreign journals, and at ten international conferences. Mukhamedova Zamira Makhamadzhanovna was born on October 28, 1947, in the city of Fergana, into a family of employees. In 1970, she graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Technology of Tashkent Polytechnic Institute and taught a chemistry course at Fergana Polytechnic Institute. In 1972, she became a research trainee and a postgraduate student at the Institute of Philosophy of the Academy of Sciences of Russia in Moscow. In 1978, she defended her Candidate of Sciences (PhD) dissertation entitled “The Problem of Interaction between Technology and the Biosphere (Methodological Analysis)” in the specialty 09.00.08 — philosophical problems of natural science. Scientific supervisor: Doctor of Philosophy, Professor I. B. Novik. She defended her Doctor of Sciences dissertation entitled “Philosophical and Methodological Foundations of the Humanization of Education in the Republic of Uzbekistan.” Specialty: 09.00.11 — Social Philosophy. Scientific consultant: Doctor of Philosophy, Professor K. N. Nazarov (April 2007, National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek). From 1986 to 2005, she worked as a Senior Lecturer at the First Tashkent State Medical Institute, and since 1993 — as an Associate Professor. After the merger of the institutes, from 2005 to 2014 she continued working at the same department. Since the establishment of the Tashkent State Dental Institute in 2014, she has been working as a Professor (academic title of Professor since 2017). She is a member of the National Ethics Committee under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan (since 2004); an international expert of the UNESCO GEOBS project in bioethics in education (since 2005); an honorary member of the Bioethics Association of Iran (since 2006) and Kazakhstan (since 2007); Chairperson and member of the Uzbekistan branch of the Russian Philosophical Society (since 2006); a member of the Central Asian Bioethics Association (October 2011); and Deputy Chairperson of the Bioethics Committee of the Association of Physicians of Uzbekistan (since June 2013). She participated in the organization, implementation, and development of the Code of Ethics of the Researcher of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the First National Congress on Bioethics in Uzbekistan in 2005 under the leadership of Academician M. S. Abdullakhodjaeva. She has participated in numerous international congresses, conferences, seminars, and training programs on philosophy and bioethics education held in Tashkent, Tehran, Zurich, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kyiv, Kazan, Saratov, Almaty, Astana, Dushanbe, Tomsk, and other cities.

State awards: For fruitful pedagogical, social, and creative activities, she was awarded Honorary Certificates of the Ministry of Higher Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2018 and 2022. In 2023, she was awarded the honorary title “Excellent Worker of Healthcare of the Republic of Uzbekistan.”

Umirzakova Nargiza Akmalovna entered the Faculty of Philosophy and Economics of Tashkent State University in 1987 and graduated in 1992 with honors (Diploma FV No. 995117). In the same year, 1992, she was appointed as an assistant at the Department of Philosophy of Tashkent State University.

From 2004, she worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Philosophy and History of Uzbekistan of the 1st Tashkent State Medical Institute. Since 2005, she has been employed as a senior lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences No. 2 of the Tashkent Medical Academy, and since the establishment of the Tashkent State Dental Institute in 2014, she has continued her work as a senior lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences.

Throughout her academic career, she has demonstrated herself as a demanding, responsible, and modest professional. For her many years of honest and productive work and her high sense of responsibility in fulfilling official duties, based on the recommendation of the department staff, by the decision of the Council of the Tashkent State Dental Institute, she was appointed Head of the Department of Social Sciences with a Course in Bioethics on December 5, 2022 (Order No. 676 dated 05.12.2022).

In connection with the establishment of the Tashkent State Medical University, since August 2025 she has continued her professional activity as an Associate Professor of the same department.

Umirzakova Nargiza Akmalovna holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Philosophy. On May 19, 2022, she successfully defended her doctoral dissertation entitled “Methodological Analysis of the Ontological and Epistemological Aspects of Bioethics in the Context of the Humanization of Education” in the Specialized Scientific Council DSc 03/30.12.2019.F.01.05 under the National University of Uzbekistan, majoring in 09.00.01 — Ontology, Epistemology, and Logic.

During this period, N.A. Umirzakova proved herself to be a highly qualified specialist and on September 5, 2022, she was promoted to the position of Associate Professor of the Department of Social Sciences with a Course in Bioethics at TSDI (Order No. 457 dated 05.09.2022). By the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 6, 2024 (Protocol No. 353/1), she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the specialty “Ontology, Epistemology, and Logic” (Decision No. 03-015409, Registration No. 7877).

In total, Umirzakova Nargiza Akmalovna has published 345 scientific works. In recent years, she has authored 3 textbooks, 4 standard curricula, 1 basic curriculum, 1 electronic textbook, 5 monographs, 6 teaching manuals, 18 articles in journals recognized by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 38 articles in foreign journals, and 61 abstracts presented at international conferences.

As an Associate Professor of Social Sciences, Umirzakova Nargiza Akmalovna makes a significant contribution to educational, methodological, scientific, mentor–student, and spiritual-educational activities of the department, as well as to enhancing the institutional ranking.

Yuldasheva Lola Sagdullaevna was born on June 1, 1962, in the city of Tashkent.

In 1979–1980, she graduated from the Department of Philosophy of the Faculty of Philosophy at Tashkent State University. From 1985 to 1992, she pursued postgraduate studies (aspirantura) at Tashkent State University.

Her professional career has been devoted to higher and secondary specialized education. From 1998 to 2005, she worked as a lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences of the P.F. Borovsky Tashkent City Medical College. From 2005 to 2011, she served as a lecturer at Nizami Tashkent State Pedagogical University. Between 2011 and 2018, she held the position of Associate Professor at the Department of Social Sciences of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University. From 2018 to 2022, she worked as an Associate Professor at the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute. Since 2022, she has been working as an Associate Professor at the Department of Social Sciences of the Tashkent State Dental Institute.

In 2010, at the I.M. Muminov Institute of Philosophy and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, she successfully defended her PhD dissertation entitled Philosophical Problems of Indian Philosophy in the Worldview of Abu Rayhan al-Biruni in the specialty 09.00.03 — History of Philosophy, and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Philosophy.

During her academic career, she completed professional development programs in India (2008) and Kazakhstan (2018). She is the author of more than 200 scholarly articles, as well as several textbooks and teaching and methodological manuals. She has actively participated with scholarly presentations at national and international scientific and practical conferences held in Samarkand, Kazakhstan, and other locations.

Yuldasheva Lola Sagdullaevna actively contributes to the socio-political, spiritual, educational, and mentoring activities of the Tashkent State Medical (Dental) University and makes a significant contribution to enhancing the academic potential and international standing of the Department of Social Sciences.

Abdullaxodjaev Gayrat Talipovich was born in 1952 in Uzun district of Surkhandarya region.

In 1974–1975, he worked as an engineer in the communications department of the “Uzbekgazprom” production association in Bukhara.

In 1975–1976, he served as chief laboratory engineer of the Samarkand Regional Communications Administration.

In 1976–1981, he was Deputy Head of the Technical Department of the “Uzbekaloqaqurilish-2” trust of Samarkand region.

In 1981–1985, he worked as Chief Engineer of the “Uzbekaloqaqurilish-3” trust of Kashkadarya region.

From 1985 to 2006, he held middle and senior management positions in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In 2006, he was discharged into the reserve from the internal affairs bodies with the rank of Colonel.

In 2007–2009, he worked as a lawyer (on a contractual basis) in the divisions of the State Joint-Stock Company “Avtoyo‘l”.

In 2009–2011, he served as Associate Professor of the “Social Sciences” Department at the National Institute of Fine Arts (part-time).

From 2011 to 2024, he was Associate Professor of the “Social Sciences” Department at the National Institute of Fine Arts.

In 2024–2025, he worked as Associate Professor of the “Social Sciences with Bioethics Course” Department at Tashkent State Dental Institute.

Since 2025 to the present, he has been Associate Professor of the “Social Sciences” Department at Tashkent State Medical University.

In 2004, G. Abdullaxodjaev defended his Candidate of Legal Sciences dissertation in the specialty 12.00.08 — Criminology, Criminal Law, Penal Law on the topic:

“Prevention of theft and fraud: victimological aspects”.

He is the author of about 74 scientific works in this field, as well as 2 monograph, 2 textbook, and 3 teaching and methodological manuals.

In addition, he holds 2 certificates from the Intellectual Property Agency and 1 patent, and has participated in 1 grant project.

In 2024, by decision of the Higher Attestation Commission, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor.

 

Saydullayev G‘ulamjon Avzarovich was born on October 6, 1983, in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2000 to 2004, he studied at the Nizami Tashkent State Pedagogical University.

From 2007 to 2009, he was a master’s student at the Nizami Tashkent State Pedagogical University.

From 2006 to 2009, he served as Head of the Department at the Mechanical Engineering College.

From 2009 to 2017, he worked as a lecturer at the Tashkent College of Tourism and Business.

From 2017 to 2018, he was a lecturer at the Kуйлюк Household Services College.

From 2018 to 2022, he worked as a teacher at Secondary School No. 294 of the Mirabad District.

From 2022 to 2024, he was a lecturer at the Department of “History of Uzbekistan” at the Tashkent State Pedagogical University.

From 2024 to 2025, he served as an assistant at the Department of “Social Sciences with a Bioethics Course” at the Tashkent State Dental Institute.

From 2025 to the present, he has been working as a lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences of the Tashkent State Medical University.

As an independent researcher, he is conducting research on the topic:

“Historical Geography of Central Asia in the First Half of the 18th Century Based on the Accounts of the Greek Traveler Vasilios Vatatzi(s)”.

He is the author of more than 15 scientific articles and conference abstracts.

 

Allaberganov Azizbek Saparboevich was born on May 18, 1985, in Hazorasp District of Khorezm Region.From 2004 to 2008, he studied at Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree.From 2008 to 2010, he continued his studies at the same university and earned a Master’s degree.He began his professional career in 2012.From 2012 to 2016, he served as the Director of “Muslima Aziz Savdo” Limited Liability Company.From 2016 to 2018, he worked as the Head of the Human Resources Department at Mirabad Industrial Vocational College.From 2018 to 2019, he was employed as a Mechanic at Mirabad Industrial Vocational College.From 2019 to 2020, he served as the Director of “Tred Max” LLC.From 2021 to 2024, he worked as an Assistant Lecturer at Tashkent State Dental Institute.From 2024 to 2025, he held the position of Senior Lecturer at Tashkent State Dental Institute.Since 2025, he has been working as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences, Tashkent State Medical University.As an independent researcher, he is conducting scholarly research on the topic:
“The Conquest of the Khiva Khanate by Tsarist Russia: New Approaches and Interpretations.”
He is the author of more than 20 scientific articles and conference theses.
